Job Summary

The job holder will provide support to the Director - Human Resource & Administration and support team members with human resource needs. He/she is responsible for managing and maintaining staff database, coordinate team members travel including immigration activities. The role includes managing the annual leave calendar for all team members. He/she will coordinate recruitments and sit on interview panels, revise induction plans and coordinate inductions, support the performance PLUS review process,staff capacity building and support with individual plans (IOPs) and reporting.

Responsibilities include:

•   Maintains and updates a computerized Team member data-base with respect to personal details, employment details and anniversaries
•   Supports the Director, HR and Admin to manage the HR software -Persol
•   Coordinates preparation of Team Members' Leave schedules and annual leave calendar
•   Coordinates all recruitments to support the attraction and engagement of candidates
•   Coordinates Performance PLUS time schedules for all Directors of departments and ensure that Performance PLUS is going on as scheduled
•   Prepares quarterly Performance PLUS reports
•   Coordinates and arranges appropriate training for all team members
•   Works on work permits, obtains appropriate visas and make travel arrangements as needed

Qualification Required & Experience

The person must:

•   Bachelors  Degree in  Business Administration/ Management,Social Science or Human Resource
•   Certificate in human resource management or registered with the IHRMPC;
•   At least 4 years relevant work experience in human resource
•   Able to work under-pressure and to strict deadlines
•   Strong people development skills and capabilities
•   Excellent skills in people management, good written and verbal communication
•   Strong computer skills in Microsoft word, excel, power point and HR software management
•   Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and work hard
