Additionally, we specialize in training in mobile phone and computer hardware repair and assembling. Position: Head Of Legal & Corporate Affairs (Ref-LCA)
The successful candidate will be expected to provide legal advice and support to the management team and address all external stakeholder communications in addition to taking ownership of the CSR agenda. The role will be responsible for Legal & Corporate Affairs activities which include the following:
. Provide advisory service to management and staff in relation to regulatory, reputation, legal and ethical matters
. Prepare Contracts, MOU’s, Guarantees, SLA’s and Indemnities etc for execution
. Vet all documentation which have legal implications
. Set and drive the CSR agenda and ensure all efforts towards community relations align with our objectives
. Plan and implement a focused media relations strategy to deliver our key messages effectively
The right candidate:
. Qualified legal practitioner with a minimum of 8 years at the Bar (Solicitor & advocate)
. Incomparable communication, (written & verbal) and negotiation skills
. A hands-on leader with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic environment
. Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
