Job Summary
• Representing the University in the Law Courts;
• Advising the University on legal matters affecting and/or involving the University;
• Preparing, for and on behalf of the University, all conveyances including contract agreements, memoranda of understanding etc.;
• Organising seminars on Acts of Parliament such as Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651), Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act,663) etc. for the benefit of staff; and
• Carrying out any duties as may be assigned by the Registrar from time to time.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Applicants must possess the LLB and BL from a recognized University with at least two years post-qualification working experience.
• Candidates with a second degree will be given an advantage.
