RTI International is seeking professionals for an anticipated four-year programme to help improve Ghanaian children’s learning outcomes in primary and secondary school by strengthening the quality of initial teacher training and teaching practices and promoting girl-friendly and learning-enabling schools. Position is based in Ghana

Knowledge Sharing and Communications Officer will support project knowledge-sharing activities and communication activities, documenting and reporting results and lessons learned through a variety of media including newspapers and the Internet, and act as a conduit of information and best practice between partners and key stakeholders on teaching and learning.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor s degree in communications, journalism, information management or related field. 3-6 years experience supporting donor-funded project knowledge sharing/management and communications activities
•   Experience with publications management and ability to ensure quality control of a range of technical materials
•   Exceptional oral and written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills. DFID experience a plus.
