A highly reputable financial institution is looking for a highly qualified and motivated person for the position of a Lawyer. The Lawyer is responsible for insuring the institution's interests are secured in all cases. He/She shall report to the Head, Legal.

Key Responsibilities

•   Represent the institution in litigation / civil cases
•   Responsible for loan documentation in respect of facilities granted
•   Provide legal advice for management decision-making
•   Prepare legal agreements
•   Provide regular status reports for management decision-making

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A good first degree (preferably LLB) and BL
•   Member, Ghana Bar Association

Experience

•   Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
•   Experience in a banking institution would be an advantage

Age: Not more than 40 years

Other Competencies

•   High level of self-motivation and initiative
•   Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
•   Proficient in computer software including word processing and Power Point
