Main Responsibilities

•   Contribute to the development of the curriculum and delivery of human resource management and organisational behaviour modules.
•   Lecture on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
•   Supervise dissertations to undergraduate honours degree level and masters degree level
•   Contribute to course developments at undergraduate and masters degree level, and for professional qualifications more broadly within the school
•   Contribute to the development of the schools research and development initiatives, including consultancy.
•   Share in the administrative responsibilities of the department.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Ability to deliver high quality teaching and learning
•   Ability to teach students with a range of abilities
•   Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
•   Ability to deliver effective tutoring strategies
•   Commitment to working as part of a team
•   Ability to plan schemes of work, and assessments
•   Ability to organise work and keep accurate records
•   Awareness of current trends in Further Education and recent curriculum developments
•   An understanding of health and safety requirements of a working
