Job Description

•   Handles legal affairs of the company when the need arises.
•   Handles conflicting matters that involve International ,Public and private Law
•   Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
•   Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
•   Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation's and regulations

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment
•   Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
•   Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
•   Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
•   High degree of professional ethics and
•   integrity and outstanding communication skills
•   Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
•   Should possess LLB or LBL
•   MA or BSc in Business Administration will be considered an advantage;
•   Above 35 years
•   Minimum of 5 years working experience
•   A qualified practicing lawyer and a member of the Ghana Bar Association and of good standing.
