An experienced and qualified legal professional is required to join our fast growing and dynamic Bank at Head Office in Accra. Reporting to the Head of Legal Department, the successful Candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts and providing Legal advice to Departments.

Key Responsibilities

The Candidate will assist with the following;

•   Preparation and review of proposed contracts, leases, forms agreements and other legal instruments.
•   Represent the Bank in Court.
•   Advise Management and Departments when necessary.
•   Liaise with external Lawyers and other Regulatory authorities
•   Support the Recoveries Unit in the discharge of its functions.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in law (i.e. LLB or BA (Law) from a recognized university.
•   A member of the Ghana Bar Association.
•   Minimum of three {3} years post qualification experience preferably from a Financial Services Institution.
