General Job Responsibilities

The CEO shall be responsible for:

• The Financial and operational functions of the business
• The company's overall growth strategy development and execution of approved strategy.
• Inspiring, motivating and empowering the team to pursue new ideas and take creative initiatives for enhancing client experience
• Adherence to regulatory compliance requirements
• Building strong and strategic relationships between the company and relevant stakeholders
• Development and refinement of leadership skills of key staff and the continued leadership development of all employees
• Direct reporting to the board of directors

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Master's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or other related business field
• A professional qualification in Accounting will be an advantage

Required Experience/Skills

• A proven track record as a corporate leader with significant executive business management experience, preferably in the financial sector
• High level of understanding of asset allocation strategy design and portfolio management
• Confident with strong leadership skills and ability to inspire the team to achieve results
• Dynamic individual with an ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Decisive, able to make difficult decisions and effectively communicate them in an assertive fashion
• Ability to operate with the highest level of integrity, vision and purpose
• Excellent communicator
