Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
• All Tigo brand communication investments:
- Including all internal and external consumers and customers
- Efficiently using the budget and tracking performance
- Delivering results according to Tigo brand design & equity objectives
• Consultancy for category and segment managers to develop most efficient business and communication plans
• Ensuring a common language across the organization
• Analyze product/service performance and prepare market feedback report.
• Leading all Tigo consumer and market understanding research
• Leading brand financial analysis
• Consulting with category, segment managers and innovation managers and agreeing on market and consumer research plans
• Consulting management on business impacting market trends & opportunities (competitive intelligence)
• Acquiring consumer insight information
• Creating information brief on market trends and competitive landscape
• Creating regular product development briefing
• Responsible of defining, reviewing and coordinating Research plan
• Consolidates research data and business information
• Responsible of providing the inputs needed to build product/offer feasibility study such as market segment, size of market, potential demand, price points, etc
Qualification Required & Experience
• University degree in marketing, communication, arts, engineering and/or business administration.
• Preferably an MBA or Master’s Degree
• Senior marketing and managerial experience
• Preferably specialization in brand management and market research
• High level of proficiency in the English Language
