General Description of role
Responsible for coordinating all activities of the business to ensure that the resources of the company including financial resources, human resources and other assets of the company and well utilized to grow the brand, sales and profitability of the business.

Key responsibilities:

•   Motivating the team to deliver service standards and keep customers satisfied
•   Create work schedule to ensure seamless and efficient operations
•   Create a pool of regular customers and provide superior relationship management to sustain their loyalty
•   Develop and drive  sales and marketing strategy
•   Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets
•   Get customer feedback and use for improvement of service quality

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A degree in hospitality management, marketing, Administration or related field with at least 1 year experience.
