Job Vacancy For Marketing Manager At KPMG Ghana

An interesting opportunity exists for an experienced individual to assume the role of Marketing Manager with a major player in the Aquaculture industry in the West African sub-region. This is a unique and visible role, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the performance of this company.

Reporting to the General Manager and/or Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will drive the success of the company's products and brand promise in the marketplace and will also have the following key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

•   Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organisational objectives
•   Establish effective working relationships with sales and agency leadership to ensure that the organisation's products and services are implemented through sales enablement and marketing demand generation programmes
•   Provide feedback into product development and service offers and participate in its development, collaborate to create, launch and track performance of product and service offerings in the markets
•   Develop and deliver appropriate field sales enablement tools
•   Demonstrate effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organisation
•   Create compelling marketing campaigns using different strategies to achieve desired results and drive this campaign management as well
•   Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences
•   Manage all aspects of projects, including: meeting deadlines, time management, contingency planning, approval channels and procedures, budgeting, campaign, and tracking / monitoring procedures
•   Conduct market research and competitive intelligence of key competitors and communicate products and services differentiation to management
•   conduct marketing surveys on current and new service concepts

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must have Master's degree, preferably in a related field
•   A professional certification in the related field will be an added advantage
•   A Bachelor's degree in Marketing
•   A minimum of 5 years professional marketing experience with 3 years plus of experience working the consumable goods industry

•   Highly developed ability to communicate effectively and confidentially both oral and written, with all levels of customers and management
•   Strong analytical and negotiation skills
•   Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator
•   Ability to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility
•   Skilled in direct response marketing with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels
