Job Vacancy For Marketing Officer



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The staff will accomplish business development activities by undertaking the following job responsibilities:

•   Develop and implement apropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to prospective customers
•   Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans
•   Deepening relations with existing and new customers
•   Selling the company's houses and other real estate services to prospective customers
•   Preparation of reports such as call plans, call reports, weekly performance report, monthly reports
•   Set goals for market share and growth
•   Develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and sales management
•   Undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance
•   Provides information by collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and trends
•   Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating, advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans
•   Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirement, defining market opportunities by identifying consumer requirement, defining market, competitor's share and competitor's strengths and weaknesses forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share
•   Attend all sales meetings
•   Feed Sales coordinator with information of activities of industry competitors
•   Attend to all customer enquiries
•   Any other business assigned by supervisors

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A masters degree in Marketing or Public relations will be an added advantage
•   At least five (5) years experience in Sales or Marketing in the Real Estate Industry

Successful applicants should have the following skills and competencies:

•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
•   Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
•   Must have a first degree in marketing or a related field
•   Must demonstrate good knowledge of the real estate market and services
