A reputable organization seeks to engage the services of the following: Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

•   Prepare mechinical engineering designs for in-house projects
•   Attend site inspection and meetings
•   Audit mechanical engineering designs / Technical reports submitted by consultants
•   Prepare mechnical engineering specifications
•   Prepare proposals for engagement of consultants
•   Prepare project evaluation report and assist in negotiations
•   Audit consultant's fee claims for payment
•   Supervise project teams with respect to mechanical engineering aspects in planning, design and implementation

Qualification Required & Experience

•   First Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
•   Member of Ghana Institution of Engineers
•   Ten (10) years relevant post qualification working experience

Age: Preferably not more than 50 years

Competencies

•   Must be able to plan, coordinate and monitor activities
•   Should have knowledge of principles of project plannig
•   Should be computer literate with good competencies in Computer Aided Design including, AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel and Relevant Mechanical softwares
•   Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
•   Must be meticulous, decisive, result oriented and be able to uphold confidentiality
