A reputable Financial Institution seeks to employ the services of a suitably qualified and experienced professional for the role of  Medical Officer in the company's clinic. The successful applicant will report to the Head of Medical Services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

In addition to the regular role of a Medical Officer, the successful applicant will be required to do the following:

•   Organising preventive medical programmes for patients
•   Keep up to date with medical development, new drugs, treatments and medication including complementary medicine.
•   Conduct minor surgical procedures
•   Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Medical Services.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   MBChb Or MBBS from a reputable accredited University
•   Five (5) years post qualification experience
•   Post permanent registration with Ghana Medical & Dental Council

Required Skills

•   Proactive, able to work in a high-pressure environment with little or no supervision
•   Sound understanding of and commitment to the principles of Medicine
•   Must be compassionate, reliable and prosses strong leadership ability with excellent networking skills
•   Must have strong client orientation and ability to align with overall corporate objectives
•   Must have good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills at all levels
