•   Reports To: Branch Supervisor.
•   Location:  Branch

Job Purpose:
To promote, recruit, appraise, provide financial services, and follow up repayments of  company group lending operations with the aim of attaining the company’s Vision and Mission.

Key Responsibilities

•   Meeting set monthly and annual targets in terms of group formation and loan portfolio disbursement.
•   Micro Business assessment and appraisal visits.
•   Collections and maintaining quality portfolio
•   Ongoing customer interaction, resolving their issues and ensuring customer retention.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Diploma or Degree in Commercial studies or a recognized professional certification relevant to this role/field;
•   1 to 2 years of relevant experience, (i.e. related to selling loans, or sales) ;
•   Added advantage 2 years’ experience working in a micro financing institutions/ banking

•   Good knowledge of the requirements of the NBFI Act;
