Mission

•   Engine room watch, cleaning, repairs and maintenance

Scope

•   Maintenance, and other technical and safety work as required by the JMTE or SMTE.
•   The management may assign additional tasks not listed in Job Description

Duties:

•   Follow PTW system and work procedures applicable to the task to be executed
•   Execute general maintenance and cleaning tasks
•   Execute routine tasks safely, to the best of his ability, and to report hazardous conditions to SMTE or JMTE
•   Know purpose of all machinery systems and the way they operate
•   Undertake training relevant to the position requirements
•   Member of Emergency Response Team

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Essential to meet the standard of competence for rating as able seafarer engine STCW code A-III/4-5
•   5 years’ experience on the offshore installations
•   Standard of competence according to Yinson Competence Assurance Matrix
•   Good written and spoken English.
