Job Vacancy For National Sales Manager (Personal Care Category)



Our Client is an international leading firm in the Baby Care and Personal Care industry and now requires the services of National Sales Manager in Ghana.

Key Accountabilities

• Identifying new streams for increasing sales revenue and developing plans to build customer preference for our Baby Care & Personal Care categories.
• Developing new channel partners to expand product reach in the market and coordinating with the partners to assist them to promote our products.
• Identify trade gaps and opportunities, recruit and develop new and existing channels to increase product availability countrywide as per set target.
• Ensuring customer relationships and service levels to outlets, in terms of order fulfilment, merchandising, in-shop promos, frequency of service and complaints handling.
• Collect & collate a database for competitive products, pricing, players and other relevant details about supplier, importer & local distributor.
• Mapping & understanding the entire route to market & channel, from point of clearing at the port, all the way to the consumers.

Qualification Required & Experience

• A Degree in Business, Marketing from a reputed Business School.
• 5 years of Sales & Distribution Experience; Personal Care especially Baby Care products

• Strategic mindset; ability to identify and act on sales opportunities
• Distribution Modelling (Baby Care & Personal Care)
• Driven, Self-managed & “get it done” approach to work
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Good understanding of channels of trade
