A reputable multinational FMCG is seeking suitable candidates for vacant position:- Office Administrator

Scope of Responsibility

This position provides primary support to the Regional General Manager as well as secondary support to the other team members.

The position requires a high level of organisation, the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously, prioritise and manage the workload and scehdule of the General Manager. The ability to take initiative is critical, as are excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work well with a wide a range of people.

The ideal person will be insighful, mature, tactful and able to focus on the priorities of the day while not losing sight of the larger picture.

Qualification required and experience

•   Diploma / Degree preferred (BA, BS, etc)
•   Should have completed National Service
•   Maturity, judgement and discretion
•   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•   French communication skills an added advantage
