Job Vacancy For Office Assistant (SHS Graduate Can Apply)



An international public agency is seeking applicants to fill the following positions for its offices at Cantonments, Accra.

Job Purpose

The Office Assistant will provide general administrative support.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

•   Assist with coordinating logistics for trainings, workshops and meetings
•   Manage occasional general servicing of all office equipment
•   Manage photocopying and binding of documents
•   Assist with inventory and stock management

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of Senior High School certificate is required
•   A minimum of three (3) years professional experience as an Office Assistant
