Excel Bit Com Ltd is scale up into large scale commercial production of  Rice, Soy and Maize Value-Chain Crops and requires the services of an Operational Manager to lead in the production and marketing of these crops. Develop effective Policies, Strategies, Service and marketing Plans, Risk Management information management that are critical and produces results.

Job Summary

•   The Business Development Manager responsible for the supervision and management of the entire project. Develop production and Marketing Policies and Strategies.
•   Develop strategic operational and marketing Plans,
•   Risk Management and information management
•   Ensure efficient and effective utilization of company resources.
•   Provide Training and Technical Backup to Business Development Offices and Extension staff
•   Lead in establishing demo fields that will stimulate yield improvement for both the Nucleus Farms and Smallholder farmers.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Must hold an MBA or MSc.
•   Must be prepared to work long hours and in rural areas.
•   Must have five years working experience in crop production and Smallholder farmer groups management with at lease two year in management position
•   Must Possess a Valid Driver License
•   Must be a Team Player
