Job Vacancy For Personal Assistant



Applications are invited from suitably qualified young applicants for the position of Personal Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and co-ordinate daily activities of the CEO's office including scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments
• Managing the CEO' schedule and resolving diary clashes
• Communicating directly to key stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
• Screening and prioritizing incoming calls, emails, correspondence and taking appropriate action
• Maintaining an accurate filing system
• Composing correspondences, reports and presentations
• Any other related assignment that may be given from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience

The applicant must have the following minimum education and experience:

• A good higher National Diploma or first degree in business from a recognised educational institution
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience with at least 2 years as a personal assistant.

Skills and Attributes

The following skills and attributes are also required of the applicant:

• Superb organizational ability
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good computer literacy including word, excel, power point and other presentation software
• Good typing skills and high proficiency in the English language. Spoken French will be an advantage
• Ability to use office equipment including scanner, photocopier and presentation equipment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player

Remuneration: Very attractive
