Job Vacancy Personal Assistant To The General Manager



A progressive and forward looking company dealing in earth-moving equipment for the construction and allied sectors in looking for highly motivated and suitably qualified persons to employ as:- Personal Assistant To The General Manager

Key Responsibilities

•   Provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational and logistical service of the GM's office
•   Serve as administrative liaison with other managers, staff and external parties
•   coordinate meetings, travel, internal and external correspondence etc.
•   Keep and maintain an accurate record of all paper and electronic correspondence of the CEO / Company office

Qualification Required & Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•   Minimum of a degree in Administration / HR or equivalent
•   Demonstrable experience in an Administration / Executive Assistant / PA role in a highly pressurised environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts (essential)
•   Ability to represent the GM's office and be flexible as part of a small team
•   Ability to quickly learn the products and adapt to the industry
•   High level of IT and communication skill plus working knowledge of French
