Job Vacancy For Principal Human Resource & Administrative Officer



Ghana Infrastructure Investment Fund is seeking to recruit a Principal Human Resource & Administrative Officer.

Role Purpose

• Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of Human Resource and Administration strategies, systems, policies and procedures to create a harmonious working climate to attract and retain the requisite skill levels and mix to facilitate the achievement of GIIF's business objectives.

Qualification Required & Experience

• Master’s in Business Administration (Human Resource Management option) or professional qualification in related discipline
• Must be a member of a recognized professional body
• Ten (10) years working experience with at least 3 years in senior management position in reputable banking/financial institution
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Labour Laws and Regulations
• Excellent knowledge of HR Management systems, in particular, Human Resources Planning, Career and succession planning, performance management system, compensation and benefits, industrial relations etc
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and conflict management skills
• Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work effectively with all categories of employees
• Good leadership, managerial, coaching, mentoring, counselling and interpersonal skills in a "team" setting.
