The Global sourcing Associate will play a key role in SENA's Mining growth strategy. He or she will be involved in a new product development, manufacturer selection, international logistics and quality control. The ideal candidate is passionate about Senaic Ghana Limited high quality standards and is eager to build strong international relationships.

What you'll Do

•   Work with a leadership team to manage and develop local and global sourcing activities and strategies
•   Identify and execute opportunities for improving supplier performance and reducing costs
•   Work with suppliers to maintain best-in-class quality standards
•   Research and analyse local, regional and other domestic opportunities and suppliers
•   Assist in managing vendor relationships over multiple product lines

Qualification Required & Experience

What you'll need

•   Fluent in English (read, speak and write)
•   1+ years experience directly sourcing products for local and/or overseas customers
•   Knowledge of international business practices
•   Understanding of international logistics preferred
•   Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet right deadlines
•   Two year bachelor's degree or equivalent
