Job Summary

Provision of an efficient and effective administrative and operational support to the product Team to enable the Team to carry out their function in an excellent manner.

Key Task and Responsibilities

•   Assisting in bulk ordering of garments and fashion accessories
•   Liaising regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders
•   Updating production schedule for all styles produced locally and internationally
•   Maintenance records of samples
•   Monitoring orders and deliveries
•   Monitoring R2W fabric stock

Qualification Required & Experience

Knowlegde / Skills Required

•   A minimum academic requirement of a first degree in Textile or Fashion with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
•   Excellent writing and communication skills
•   A good team player
•   Computer skills (including Microsoft word and excel)
