An International Oil services company seeks the services of an Project Engineer.

Job Summary

•   Coordinates a team of multi-discipline to achieve a cost effective design through timely resolution of technical and engineering issues
•   Support Project Execution Plan, Risk Management, Change Management, Commissioning and Handover processes/procedures and related activities in order to ensure successful execution and timely completion of the project
•   Coordinates activities of planning, progress measurement & monitoring systems and controls within assigned areas and scopes and takes necessary actions to ensure timely completion of the work.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree Qualified within a technical engineering discipline is essential
•   Extensive professional experience in Project Engineering (over 10 years post qualification)
•   Demonstrable experience of preparing and implementing Project Execution Plans, Risk Management, Change Management, Commissioning and Handover processes/procedures through to project execution

Job Experience

•   10 years experience in an Oil & Gas Industry environment
•   Engineering coordination with various discipline engineers during Concept optimisation studies, Feed & Detailed engineering development and management of such contracts
•   The candidate shall be fully familiar with Offshore HSE and QA/QC procedures of major projects and application there-of
•   Extensive knowledge of contract law and wide ranging experience of managing contractual disputes and arbitration issues
