Job Vacancy For Project Manager

An international school which seeks to expand with the addition of boarding facilities is looking for a dynamic and driven Project Manager to Head a team of professionals to construct the first phase of the Boarding Project.

Job Summary

The project Manager will work under the direction of the Project Sponsors in the following areas:

•   Developing the project execution plan
•   Liaising with the project stakeholders
•   Managing the project team
•   Assessing and managing the project risk
•   Preparing and managing the project risk
•   Preparing and managing the project schedule
•   Managing the project budget in conjunction with the Project Sponsors
•   Managing the project conflicts

Qualification Required & Experience

Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:

•   An Master's degree or equivalent in Project Management and/or building and construction related areas.
•   A minimum of 5 years working in a similar position in the construction industry and preferably with multidisciplinary teams
•   Strong project management skills
•   Excellent written and oral communication skills
