Job Summary

World Vision Ghana (WVG) is looking for a highly qualified, proactive, and motivated person to fill the position of Project Manager to manage a Business Processing Outsourcing Project (BPO Project).

Purpose of position

The purpose of this position is to be responsible for the coordination of the smooth operation of the BPO Project. He/she will also be responsible for the leadership and training of the BPO team as well as general administration which include Finance and Human Resource.

The Package

•   The Position is Based in Amasaman
•   The Position reports to the Food Security and Economic Development Coordinator
•   The Position comes with an attractive salary package

Key Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

•   Provide overall management and coordination of the Project.
•   Support the development and implementation of innovative ideas and strategies.
•   Work with the team to ensure an effective, performance measurement framework as well as ensure that monthly / quarterly review programs are implemented.
•   Oversee the budget for the BPO and work closely with the World Vision Ghana Finance team to ensure timely issue of invoices, payment of invoices as well as assisting with monthly reconciliation.
•   Ensure weekly and monthly reporting as directed by BPO Management to ensure all results are tracked according to stated guidelines and client’s requirements..

Qualification Required & Experience

The Candidate must have:

•   University degree or related fields.  Good previous experience essential.
•   5  Years work experience within a Business Processing Outsourcing environment or related field
•   Strong management skills and experience in managing staff essential.
•   Proven leadership skills and experience in people management.
•   Skills and experience in internal as well as external stakeholder engagement including clients, donors, government and private sector and experience with coordination of multi-stakeholder forums and steering committees.
•   Self- starter and team player with high standards and solid command of technical issues
•   Strong interpersonal skills
•   Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
•   Ability to work in and contribute to team building as well as motivating staff.
•   Willingness to be innovative and flexible, while still ensuring achievement of BPO results.
