Meridian Logistics and Engineering Limited (MLE) is a wholly indigenous Ghanaian owned Engineering, Procurement and construction company which seeks to recruit qualified Ghanaian nationals for the following position: QA/QC Manager

Job Summary

• Take leadership in managing quality management system for EPCC Project for oil and gas sector. Develop and implement project specific quality plans, perform internal and external audits, manage client & other liaison and supplier quality performance and coordinate completion of all QA/QC activities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish Project Quality team and organisation, develop Project Quality Plan, identify key procedures and monitor implementation
• Preparation of project quality plan with details on quality practices, resources and sequence of activities relevant to a particular contract/project
• Review/approve quality audit schedule for each project encompassioning the specific project requirements
• ensure project KPI's are defined,measured, monitored and actions implemented for any identified gap
• Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation. Monitor all quality - related on the project
• Support project Director for the annual review and updating of quality manual
• Manage QMS application and its effective implementation across all functions and projects, where necessary
• Ensure internal and external audits are managed as per ISO 9001-2008 (or later) requirements and 19011:2011 Guidelines

Site:

• Implement the Closed loop site Quality Management system at site
• Identify key site procedures & documents and ensure timely prepation
• Review and implementation of site quality documents like quality control plan / ITPs/ITRs
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as required by the Project Director

Qualification Required & Experience

• Engineering Diploma/Degree, in related subject
• A minimum of 10 years in a senior quality management role
• 15 to 20 years of experience in a relevant environment, with a minimum of 10 years in oil and gas
• Certifications in relevant discipline, QMS Lead Auditor and audit certifications
