GHS Housing Limited is a dynamic and a fast growing real estate development and civil engineering company located in Pokuase. We are currently looking for young energetic and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary / Responsibilities

•   Take measurement from site and take off quantities
•   Prepare bills / estimates
•   Prepare material schedules
•   Maintain material suppliers database
•   Procure or purchase building and other company work materials
•   Assist in preparing schedules and assign work to construction personnel

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Degree or HND in Building Technology with at least 1 year relevant experience
•   Must possess strong numerical skills
•   Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills
