Job Vacancy For Receptionist / Administrative Assistant At ACDI/VOCA

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of three years' experience in general office management, with exceptional expertise in clerical duties, maintaining Office Petty Cash account, supplies, inventory and coordinating travel arrangements and hotel reservations for staff and guests.
•   Additionally, will representing the organization as the front desk person.
•   Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint).
