Job Vacancy For Recruitment Consultant At Empower Workforce Solutions



Job Summary

•   Sales and marketing of empower services. This role is target driven i.e. relates to the monthly number of candidates placed and new business leads
•   Building and maintaining relationships with clients whilst developing a good understanding of their companies, industry and work culture
•   Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media e.g. Empower HR system, newspapers, websites, job boards, magazines.
•   Using social media and company website to advertise positions, attract and build relationships with candidates and employers.
•   Assist in Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work.
•   Using candidate database to find the right person for client vacancies
•   Receiving and reviewing applications, conducting interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates.
•   Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to clients.
•   Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
•   Preparing CVs and correspondence to be forwarded to clients in respect of suitable applicants.
•   Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes.
•   Continuous client/candidate relationship management

Reports to: Managing Director/Human Resources Director

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Marketing or related subject.
•   Key requirement for entry is the right attitude.
