A leading Telecommunications company, seeking to expand its operations in Ghana is looking for dynamic & results oriented professionals who are ready to make a difference in the areas of:- Regional Managers

Responsibilities:

•   Identifying and evaluating new business and retail channel opportunities
•   Developing sales and marketing strategies and plans in line with the Company’s corporate objectives
•   Achievement of sales, revenue and new subscriber acquisition targets
•   Conducting performance analysis on existing products with a view to identifying and monitoring market trends

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics and any other related discipline
•   An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage
•   Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in professional selling, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical and or Telecommunications industry, with at least 5 years at a managerial level
•   Appreciable Retail Sales experience will be required
•   Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering growth.
•   Good knowledge of MIS office applications.
