Grundfos, a global leader in advanced pump solutions, invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Regional Sales Manager - Ghana What the Job requires:
• Manage Sales for all Grundfos products in Ghana and/or designated countries in West Africa.
• Maintain relations and grow business with Grundfos key accounts / existing distributors
• Accelerate growth within all market segments
• Drive positive customer service through appropriate attitude and action.
• Develop and implement strategies with other market segment managers and product managers
• Assist marketing department with Marketing Strategy
• Expand the product offering within Ghana and/or designated countries in West Africa
• This role requires extensive travel. Qualification Required & Experience
• Good to Excellent presentations skills
• Independent and able to stay focused on objectives and targets without intervention
• Results-orientated and sales focused .
• Age: 25-50
• Language skills: English
• Qualifications: Engineering or Business/Marketing Degree
• Experience: Knowledge of Grundfos product range or Similar Sales experience
