This role manages sales and sales support processes to ensure branch profitability to meet business targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•   Manages sales and sales support processes to ensure branch profitability to meet business targets.
•   Identifies potential new markets and opens up the markets with assitance of Sales Manager.
•   Manages area budget and develops local market and resource plan for area.
•   Balances own priorities with directing and motivating others.
•   Plans and assigns work to teams under control.
•   Guides and directs staff to achieve operational excellence standards.
•   Creates a climate for optimal performance.
•   Manages external relationships with key stakeholders.
•   Monitors area performance results.
•   Manages performance, coaches and mentors Sales and or Branch Managers.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Marketing/Sales Degree or any other business related degree.
•   At least 7 years of experience in managing sales and sales teams.
•   Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•   Have high levels of business awareness.
•   Be effective at building relationships.
•   Have excellent planning and organising skills.
•   Be action oriented and an effective team player.
