Qualification Required & Experience

•   Minimum of Masters in social science qualification or
•   Bachelor degree with at least five (5) years post qualification in a similar position
•   Must have excellent leadership and people management  skills
•   Must have ambition and drive to develop and grow staff with high professional ethics
•   Must not be more than 45 years old
