Job Purpose

To significantly grow the Retail & SME banking customer portfolio

Key Responsibilities

•   Market for new clients and manage existing relationships for enhanced business volumes
•   Mobilize cheap demand deposits to meet set targets
•   Process and package credit requests for approval
•   Provide excellent customer service delivery to all clients
•   Ensure the highest quality loan portfolio by conforming to the company’s risk management policies and practices.
•   Profitably manage the unit with about four subordinate.
•   Any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Reports to: Head, Marketing and Business

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of first degree from a recognized institution with 2 years of experience as a Relationship or Accounts officer or higher in a banking or financial environment.
•   High level of communication skills required.
•   Proficiency in MS Office, (Word, Excel, Power Point)
