The Directorate of Academic Planning and Quality Assurance (DAPQA), is looking for dynamic and results-oriented person for the position of Fellow:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Undertaking data collection, cleaning of data, template design, capturing and writing reports on both Regular and Sandwich Students Appraisal of Courses and Teaching;
• Supervising the collection, capturing and report writing on tracer studies of the the alumni of UCC by the Directorate;
• Conducting in-service training for field staff at any given field exercise of the Directorate;
• Monitoring Lectures in sessions, inspection of course outline survey and instructional facilities survey;
• Involving in monitoring and evaluation of Corporate Strategic plan of the University;
• Undertaking any other activities assigned by the Director of DAPQA

Qualification Required and Experience

Candidate must have:

• Terminal degree (Preferably PhD)
• Strong Research background either in humanities or the sciences
• Appreciation of the importance of Quality Assurance in Higher Education Institution
• Two-year relevant working experience in Higher Education Institution, or Public Organization or Non-governmental Organization
• Age not more than 45 years if he/she seeking appointment in Higher Education Institution or Public Organization for the first time
