Job Vacancy For Restaurant Supervisor



Job Description:

• Training of staff
• Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations
• To conduct departmental training
• To build good customer relation
• Maintain positive relationship with staff
• Monitor and control a group of workers to achieve company’s goals
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
• Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma or degree in catering or hospitality firm.
• 5 years working experience in hospitality industry and at least 2 years as a supervisor
• Have a strong background in employee & customer relations and training
• Strong written communication skills
• Should be able to handle customer complaints

Gender: Female/Male

Age group: 30-45 years

Salary: Ranging from GH ¢700 to ¢800 Ghana cedis

Location: Various locations in Accra
