In our Accra Office, we are looking for one: Sales Back Office / Help Desk
• Self-motivated, flexible and dynamic, responsible and determined, a good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact with customers and deliver good customer service.
• Support all trade in the Ghana Market. Satisfy all requirements of the trade and provide it with all TAP product information, booking fares and regulation or issues related to the industry. Support sales activities.
Qualification Required & Experience
• Experience within the industry, travel agencies or airlines. Knowledge of reservation systems (Amadeus)
• Good computer skills
• Good spoken and written english
• Ability to speak French is an advantage
