Job Vacancy For Sales Executives At Frontier MEA



The Sales Executive is the public face of the company in Ghana. She/he will promote the company, seek new clients, develop operations under instruction from the central sales director and be responsible for the overall management of the office. Strong managerial, interpersonal and decision-making skills are involved.

Tasks

•   Identify sales prospects for our different products and services
•   Gather intelligence on international businesses and organizations, and large corporations operating in, or willing to enter, market
•   Collect existing databases
•   Establish contacts and arrange face-to-face meetings with prospects
•   Maximise the number of face-to-face meetings with potential clients
•   Attend press conferences, business events, etc.
•   Nurture relations with existing clients
•   Follow-up website statistics and traffic
•   Liaise with central sales director
•   Liaise with journalist and research admin to exchange relevant information in order to seek new leads
•   Help devise and implement marketing strategy in coordination with sales director
•   Ensure the smooth running of operations in office
•   Ensure staff abide by rules set by management
•   Manage banking operations (up to a ceiling set by management)

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A very good knowledge of the local business community
•   At least a bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications
•   Previous experience in communication, marketing or sales
•   Previous experience in the media sector
•   A good level of speaking, reading and writing English
•   Familiar with internet browsing and social networks
•   Professional and strong character
•   Hard-working
•   Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable talking to senior business executives
•   Capacity and willingness to travel across country
