POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Building business by identifying prospects and selling products; maintaining relationships with clients to achieve business goals

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

•   Identify business opportunities by prospecting for clients.
•   Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
•   Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
•   Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer information.
•   Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
•   Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets;
•   Ensure to meet sales target for the period
•   Ensure that customer and agency information is kept with the strictest confidence

Qualification Required & Experience

•   SSCE/WASSCE graduate from a recognized institution with the ability to read and write

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

•   Excellent interpersonal skills and communication
•   Good negotiation and persuasive skills
•   Team player and innovative
•   Ability to work with little or no supervision
•   Knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, power point, e-mail, etc.

Location: Accra, Ho, Hohoe and Nkawkaw
