An exciting Sales Officer position have come up in the Healthcare business of a fast growing company that has introduced innovation in its client services delivery in the Healthcare Industry in the country.

Job Title: Sales Officer - Medical Laboratory Equipment

Will deal principally with the sales and distribution of Medical Laboratory Equipment

Responsibilities Include:

•   Undertaking sales visits
•   Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analysing sales options
•   Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions
•   Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements
•   Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
•   Preparing reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information
•   Meeting all key performance benchmarks, sales targets, maintain accurate records, show commitment.
. Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societies
•   Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of first degree, ideally in Medical Laboratory Technology, Marketing or a related field of study
•   At least 2 years work experience in a similar position in a reputable healthcare organisation
•   Excellent interpersonal skills
•   Good presentation skills
•   Excellent customer service skills
•   The person must have the ability to work under diverse conditions to meet deadlines
