Job Vacancy For Sales Representatives

An international travel company located in Accra requires the services of energetic, dynamic and results-oriented:- Sales Representatives who have proven track record in sales.

The positions come with attractive salaries and commissions as well as a 20-day annual leave.

Working hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)

Transport will be provided by the company.

Duties & Responsibilities

•   Face-to-face sales and demonstration of various products
•   Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
•   Participate in and assist with product launches
•   Assist with restocking and purchasing
•   Source and develop client referrals
•   Prepare sales action plans and schedules
•   Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
•   Make sales calls to new and existing clients
•   Develop and make presentation of company services to current and potential clients
•   Negotiate with clients
•   Develop sales contracts
•   Present sales contracts
•   Maintain sales activity records and reports, respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
•   Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
•   Follow up on sales activity
•   Conduct quality checks on service delivery
•   Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
•   Conduct market research and surveys
•   Participate in sales events
•   Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
•   Develop and maintain a customer database

Qualification Required & Experience

•   2 years quota-driven sales experience, preferably in services
•   Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•   Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
•   Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team environment
•   Well presented, driven and can think on your feet
