Experts for the under-mentioned positions are required to support the implementation of a local government revenue enhancement project: Secretary

Roles and Responsibilities

• To keep the office organized
• Assist to organize appointments and meetings on schedule
• Manage the flow of visitors or employees who need to contact the Project Coordinator
• Manage paper and electronic filing systems, handle and route mail and operate a variety of office machines such as computers, telephones, photocopy machine etc
• Handle in-coming and outgoing mails
• Operate petty cash book
• Conduct any other task deemed necessary by the Project Coordinator

Qualifications Required & Experience

• Minimum of HND in Secretaryship and Management from a recognised institution
• Fluency in local languages and english
• Excellent computer skills (MS Windows & MS Office)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in office management
• Good writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work pro-actively and under time constraints
