Job Summary

•   Prepare reports and manage correspondence
•   Develop and maintain filing system for Defence office
•   Develop and maintain databases
•   Laison with internal and external stakeholders
•   Assist with organizing and coordinating of events
•   Maintain schedules and calenders

Qualification Required & Experience

Requirements:

•   A minimum of 12 years schooling with completion of at least one year Secretarial Diploma/Certificate
•   Plus a minimum of three (3)years experience as a Secretary/Receptionist.

•   Word processing and database management
•   Verbal and written communication skills
•   Time Management
•   Attention to detail
•   Possession of a valid Driver's license minimum 5 years
