Job Vacancy For Segment Manager At Tigo Ghana

Role Purpose

The individual selected for this role will be responsible for developing customer ARPU and usage through segmented initiative leveraging on specific customer behaviour. (S)He will develop segment wide initiatives, continuously monitor all drivers for revenue/usage and develop targeted initiatives to maximise revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•   Develop plans and budgets for the Usage section in line with the business objectives;
•   Analyse customer behavior patterns through various parameters to generate insights to increase revenue;
•   Develop/actively engage all segments in the development of initiatives and campaigns to grow usage;
•   Monitor and track the revenue bucket performance in line with agreed KPI’s and report on the same;
•   Track and monitor the financial impact of new and existing products and the financial performance, including revenue growth
•   Monitor usage pattern of customers using intelligence tools like GIS and BI Attaining month on month Usage and Revenue targets;
•   Work with IT to support implementation of innovative products and solutions;
•   Liaise with customer services to support communication to customers on new products and services.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. An MBA is desirable;
•   Minimum of three (3) – five (5) relevant years experience in planning (commercial and financial) and analysis in a commercial setting;
•   Experience building and developing channels;
•   Ability to influence and get things done quickly;
•   Customer Focus
•   Excellent interpersonal skills
