Job Summary

Senior Capacity Building Advisor will support national and local level capacity building efforts and strengthen the capacity of government education offices, local government, CBOs and NGOs towards the goal of improved learning outcomes.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Advanced degree in education, organizational development or related field.
•   10 years' experience in designing and implementing capacity building activities in developing countries in or related to improving educational outcomes.
•   Demonstrated knowledge or understanding of central and local policy and institutional context in Ghana, especially as it related to education management and/or service delivery
•   Extensive experience in assessing capacity needs and measuring progress in building institutional and human capacity over time
