DRA (Pty) Ltd is a dynamic project management and engineering company specializing in mining, infrastructure and mineral processing projects for the local and international minerals industry. The company is currently executing a project in Ghana and if offering a number of positions and assignments for self-motivated, enthusiastic professionals.

Job Title: Senior Materials Controller

Responsibilities

•   Ensure communication with regards to preshipments, receiving and co-ordinating the offloading of vehicles or equipment directed to the site with the support of the team.
•   Report on key logistics developments on site, i.e tracking / tracing andd equipment availability
•   Implement complete site functionality with regards to receipts and invoices for suppliers
•   Supervise off-loading and storage of equipment, stock and essential commodities
•   Ensure good housekeeping, security and controls recording and movement of stock
•   Responsible for all material movement, inventory, stocking of expendables and for the assistance in planning for major material acquisitions
•   Responsible for traffic, transportation and material movement

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Degree or Diploma in Engineering

OR

•   Four (4) to six (6) years related experience in stock control and or material handling within multi-disciplinary projects in the mining / minerals processing EPCM environment
